Alexandra Crawford

Biography

Alexandra is from San Antonio, Texas. After graduating from the University of Texas at San Antonio she joined Dr. Doyle’s organic chemistry lab researching the formation of nitrile oxides. After working with Dr. Doyle for over a year she moved to Virginia to pursue her Master’s in Public Health and has since joined Dr. Calder’s lab. Her main interests include healthy policy, health equity, and food safety. In her spare time she enjoys reading, traveling, spending time with family and friends, and playing with her cat Raj.
