A community-engaged project to determine differences in vulnerability to extreme heat events in urban versus rural settings in Alabama, and 2. An analysis of the long-term effects of early life exposures in Daphnia pulex, an alternative model system that may complement rodent and human studies in the evaluation of developmental toxicity.
